Full Body MOT 1.5 Hour
Service Description
Our Full Body MOT begins with an in-depth assessment, encompassing various aspects of your physical health. This includes a detailed movement assessment to evaluate your body's biomechanics, mobility and flexibility assessment to gauge joint range of motion, nerve testing to identify any neurological issues, and ligament testing to assess the stability of your joints. Based on the assessment findings, we meticulously outline any weaknesses or imbalances in your musculoskeletal system. This helps us understand the root causes of discomfort or limitations in movement, enabling us to formulate an effective treatment plan. Our musculoskeletal injury specialists are trained to identify potential risk factors for injuries. By recognising these factors early on, we can develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent future injuries. Our treatment modalities are diverse and tailored to your specific needs. This may include: - Sports and Deep Tissue Massage: Targeted massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance tissue flexibility. - Manual Therapy Techniques: Joint mobilisations to restore normal joint function and alleviate pain. - Shockwave Therapy: Utilising shockwaves to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting tissue repair and reducing pain. - Electrotherapy: Application of electrical stimulation to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and improve muscle function. - Ultrasound Therapy: Utilising ultrasound waves to enhance tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. - Kinesiology Taping: Application of specialised tape to support and stabilise muscles and joints, facilitating optimal movement patterns. Following the assessment, weaknesses identification, and treatment sessions, we work with you to develop a personalised injury prevention plan. This includes targeted exercises, stretches, and lifestyle recommendations to maintain and enhance your physical well-being. Our commitment is to provide you with a comprehensive and effective Full Body MOT service that not only addresses your current concerns but also empowers you with the tools to prevent future injuries. Trust our experienced specialists to guide you on your journey to optimal health and movement.
Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, you are holding a valuable space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. To be respectful of everyone, we require all patients to follow this policy without exception. If you know you will be unable to attend your appointment, please notify our clinic as soon as possible. A staff member will be happy to assist you. If cancellation is necessary, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, and this notice must be given during our clinic's operating hours. Our clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that cancellations within the 48-hour window must be made during these hours. We cannot accept cancellation messages on Sundays. This policy applies to every patient, and no exceptions will be made. Your advanced notice allows us to offer that appointment slot to another patient or reschedule your appointment. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel late (less than 48 hours' notice), the full treatment price will be charged.
